PricingPrice for NetTogether PresenterSM is based on the number of concurrent meeting participants. We also have telephone conferencing services should you need that for your meeting or seminar. Telephone conferencing is a separate fee. Web conferencing

Pricing example:
Daily contractA daily contract allows you to upload and store meeting material for up to 15 days prior to your meeting - as well as send out meeting invitations. Once you present during those 15 days, you have 24 hours after the start of your meeting to continue to use the presentation capabilities as much as you want for your 'day'. At the end of those 24 hours, your material is removed from storage, unless you sign-up for additional service. You can obtain this service by using your credit card. Monthly contractWith a monthly contract, you can upload and store meeting material and send out meeting invitations as often as you like. The service is always ready for spontaneous meetings and presentations are preserved for as long as you continue with NetTogether PresenterSM. You can upload presentations at any time and host as many meetings as you like, whenever you like. You can use your credit card or arrangements can be made for a purchase order. Annual contractAn annual contract is a money saving option with all the same benefits as a monthly contract. Use your credit card or arrangements can be made to use a purchase order. Audio/telephone conferencing (add-on)Audio/telephone conferencing for customers that do not have an in-house audio conferencing option for meetings. Charges are by the minute for each person who calls into the conference. You only pay by the minute for what you use. There is a ten minute minimum for each conference. If you use NetTogether audio conferencing, you receive a toll free number and access codes for your conference (one host code, and a code for attendees). The telephone portion of the conference does not begin until the host has called in and activated the call. The phone portion of the conference ends (and lines are disconnected) when the host hangs up. To arrange an audio conference, please use the 'Schedule a new meeting' menu option from within NetTogether PresenterSM after signing in as a host. Meetings must be scheduled 1 business day in advance, though it is recommended to schedule at least 2 business days in advance to provide time to distribute access codes to your audience.
